The mosaics and shapes in the pool are quite breathtaking and honestly are among the most delightful you will find as is visible in the swimming pool pictures. The pool is truly one of a kind and will bring you pleasure for years to come if you do entice yourself with this lovely pool. This pool has the type of feel that is both down-home and cozy as well as even elegant and seductive. It would be good for a family or even for a bachelor. Entertaining is a must around this jewel of a pool. Have this seductive pool in your yard and imagine closing your eyes and daydreaming the day away next to the sound of rippling water. It is a glorious pool and is worthy of praise.

The choppy water shown in this picture of a swimming pool suggests that there is at least one fountain placed in another area of the pool outside the frame of the picture (or it’s a windy day). This choppy water contrasts nicely with the calm feeling that the other elements of the swimming pool provide with a combination of colors, smooth tiled areas and the color of the water itself.

The stark white steps leading into the pool are smooth and help to set off the bright blue of the pool’s water. Uniform stone tiles at the edge of the pool make a smooth transition from the pool to the rougher stone tiles of the seating and walking area. The round fire pit at the right of the picture will lend even more of a natural setting when a fire is burning – again, a contrast to the other smooth features of the swimming pool. The semi-wild plants in the landscaping continue this theme without being overwhelming and taking away the balanced ambiance.

This deep, freeform pool picture shows a great example of using contrasting elements to create an original and unique swimming area. By following some of the techniques shown here, you can create an original and exciting swimming pool for yourself.

This is a picture of a rather plain swimming pool that seems a bit boring at first glance, but on the second look it shows a well organized and creative swimming pool that makes great use of a somewhat limited space. In this picture the pool seems to be a uniform depth and the fact that there are no steps or railings at the edges suggest that the water is not very deep. The possible purpose of this swimming pool is for exercise, but the builder also included a rather large lounging area at the right side of the picture that gives the pool a relaxing element as well.

What’s really exceptional about this swimming pool is the use of wooden decking instead of tiles to surround the pool. The decking matches the wall of the house shown in the left side of the picture where a protruding shelf offers a number of rustic light fixtures to illuminate swimming pool at night. These lights seem to be the only illumination because the swimming pool appears not to have lighting in the pool itself.

There may be a separate hot tub area beyond the swimming pool, although it’s hard to be sure in this pool picture.

Here is a picture of a nice swimming pool that doesn’t have many over-the-top features, but is still a nice swimming pool design. This inground swimming pool looks to be a pretty big sized pool. From this photo it looks like it is a free-form swimming pool shape, meaning it can not be classified by a single shape.

This swimming pool features steps in the shallow end and a ladder in the deep end. The deck appears to be made out of concrete. The pool itself looks like it is a fiberglass or vinyl pool.

The landscaping around this pool appears to have been there before the swimming pool was installed. But the pool designer added very nice yellow flowers around the pool, a subtle detail that adds a lot of personality to the pool design.
