This exceptional inground swimming pool picture takes swimming pool design to its most breathtaking. The combination of ambient in-pool lighting gives depth, drama and a feeling of tropical waters and the lighting outside of the pool accentuates the stonework around the edge of the swimming pool. The varied heights and colors of the plants in the landscaping design are also highlighted.

Here is a picture of a beautiful free form swimming pool and hot tub on a very nice property. There are many things you can see in this picture that show what makes this pool design so special.

This first thing about this pool to point out is the shape. This is a free-form swimming pool design, and a very nice one at that. This overhead picture really shows the wonderful shape the pool designer used for this pool. The long swooping curves are a great compliment to the round hot-tub.

The next thing to point out is the design of the hot tub itself. This hot tub has very nice outer tile design. But the coolest feature is the missing edge of the hot tub that allows the water from the hot tub to flow into the swimming pool, acting as a mini-waterfall.

Another great aspect of this design is the landscaping. The designer did not go overboard with plants and greenery, but he did use them in a subtle and engaging way. The two palm trees are in bases that match the hot tub design, which is a very nice detail. Plus the plants along the edge of the swimming pool are very nice as well.

The last thing in this swimming pool picture that stands out is the general color scheme of the deck, tiles, and house. They all go together very well and the green of the plans and the blue of the water really stand out.

Here is a picture of a really beautiful inground swimming pool. This picture showcases some of the amazing detail that went into this pool. First off, notice some of the features that surround the pool, like the large-tile deck, the cushioned bench, and the lavish landscaping (you can almost smell those flowers!). The little waterfall flowing from the swimming pool is also a very nice touch. In this photo you will also notice the tiles around the top edge of the swimming pool and the gold “bar” that runs below them.

Some other things to notice in this picture are the matching pillows. They really compliment the swimming pool tiles and the brown cushion on the bench, and provide a nice contrast with the color of the deck stone. Also notice the shape of this swimming pool, it is not quite rectangular as there is a corner that sticks out a bit. It’s a very nice touch by the designer.
